بطور کلی
پروازش نیاز به مجوز داره
مجوز هم موردی است نه کلی
یعنی باید هر بار زمان، مکان و ... کاملا مشخص باشه
در شهرها محدودیت، حساسیت و نظارت بیشتره دیگه
اما اینطور نیست که کاملا ممنوع باشه
بجز در نواحی قرمز که خاص هستند
مثل نزدیک فرودگاه، یا مناطق پدافندی و امنیتی
